Fabrica,-ae (s.f.I), abl. sg. fabrica: structure, 'the working of an artisan who works in hard materials;' any skillful production, a fabric, building, etc.; a workshop; cf. compages; see officina,-ae (s.f.I); see structure;

- genus fabrica antherarum distincta, genus distinct by the structure of the anthers (Stearn).

- columella per fabricam stipi similis, columella due to the fabric to the stalk similar.

- fabricae brunneae annulares vulgo ad parietes transversales, brown ring-shaped structures common at transverse walls.

- fabrica interna apotheciorum, by the internal structure of the apothecia.

- [Stauranthus] genus (male quoad fabricam baccae et seminis descriptum (B&H), a genus badly described as to the structure of the berry and of the seed.

- genera Clusia, Quapoya, Havetia habitu, existentiae modo, formisque nimis affinia, interna florum fructuumque fabrica nimis ignota (DeCandolle), the genera Clusia, Quapoya, Havetia are too much related in habit, manner of occurrence, and the forms, the internal structure of the flowers and fruits too much unknown.

- fabrica haec interna adeo abnormis, this internal structure is so abnormal.

- reticuli fabrica a reliquis omnibus mirum quantum recedit, by the structure of the reticulum from all the rest it recedes to a remarkable extent.
