Plants of northwestern Yunnan: Rusty colored slug

Location: Lao Jun Shan
This slug was clinging to a plant sample we brought back to our hotel in Jianchuan. The sample was the previous year's flower spikes of the root parasite Boschniakia himalaica (Orobanchaceae), growing in a patch of Rhododendron forest at 3900 m, the highest point we reached in the Lao Jun Shan nature reserve.
