A Grammatical Dictionary of Botanical Latin

umquam (adv.), unquam (adv.): at any one time, ever;

- sepalis nec umquam formantibus, with sepals not ever forming.

- pedunculo vix unquam theca longiore, with the peduncle scarcely ever longer than the theca.

- antherarum loculum divisum, nec unquam in loculos 3 v. 6 aequales partitum, the locule of the anthers divided, not ever parted into 3 or 6 equal locules.

- (algae) in speciminibus, quae ipse legi, pedicellum ultimum semper vesiculam sustentantem, neque unquam sterilem observavi (Agardh), in specimens which I myself collected, the ultimate pedicel always subtending the vesicle, nor have I ever observed to be sterile.

A work in progress, presently with preliminary A through R, and S, and with S (in part) through Z essentially completed.
