A Grammatical Dictionary of Botanical Latin

 
Temperature: temperatura,-ae (s.f.I), abl.sg. temperatura;

- coloniae post 7 dies, in temperatura 25C, sine luce, diametrum 3.5-4.5 mm attingentes, colonies after 7 days, at a temperature of 25C, without light, attaining a diameter of 3.5-4.5 mm.

- cultura ad 30* pseudomycelium formans, ad 25* C incrementum observatur, culture at 30* forming pseudomycelium, at 25* C an increase observed.

- coloniae post 7 dies in CYA in temperatura 25C cultae tantum conformationem microcoloniarum attingentes, interdum usque ad 3 mm, colonies after 7 days grown in CYA at a temperature of 25C only microcolonies formation attaining, sometimes to 3 mm.

- temperatura optima pro crescentia culturae circa 20*C, the best temperature for growth of the culture is around 20*C.
