stillans,-antis (part.B): dripping, trickling; oozing, seeping; syn. rorans,-antis (part.B) [> L. stillo, -avi, -atum, 1. to drop, drip, trickle, of things which drop or drip with a liquid; to fall in drops, distil];

- stipite gracili stricto elongato succum dilute sanguineum stillante, with a slender, stiffly-straight, elongate stipe dripping with a pale blood-colored juice.

- lamellis humidis substillantibus, with the moist lamellae sometimes somewhat dripping.

- umida saxa, super viridi stillantia musco, wet stones, seeping above with a green moss.

- quæ ubi attrectantur, ob rorem undique adhærentem veluti in mucorem invicem collabuntur & guttis stillantibus quasi in aquam resoluta apparent (Dill.) which [n.pl. = filaments] whenever they are touched, due to the dripping moisture clinging everywhere, mutually this way and that, they collapse together, for example into a mucous substance, and they appear, with dripping drops, as if dissolved in water.

A work in progress, presently with preliminary A through R, and S, and with S (in part) through Z essentially completed.
