- Evangelia characteribus Syriacis exarata = the Gospels printed with Syriac type (Maxwell).

- Gallica lingua, & deinde Latina exarata = Printed in French, and then in Latin (Maxwell).

excusus,-a,-um (part.A): (of books) printed, was printed; see excudens,-entis (part.B);

- Excusum Moguntiae = Printed at Mainz [Moguntia,-ae (s.f.I; locative) = Mainz] (Maxwell).

- Excusae Argentinae = Printed at Strasbourg (Maxwell) [Argentina,-ae (s.f.I; locative) = Strasbourg] (Maxwell).

impressus,-a,-um (part.A), q.v.: impressed, embedded, sunk below the surface as if pressed in, “marked with slight depressions” (Jackson); “bent inward, hollowed or furrowed as if by pressure” (Fernald 1950); BOOKS, printed (Maxwell 1998).
