perfecte (adv.): perfectly, completely, fully, hence strongly; well, satisfactorily; syn. absolute (adv.) 'fully, perfectly, completely, distinctly, unrestrictedly, absolutely;' opp. imperfecte (adv.), q.v., imperfectly, not completely; see completely; cf. strictly;

- ovarium saepius perfecte v. imperfecte biloculare (B&H), ovary more often perfectly or imperfectly bilocular.

- ovarium perfecte 3-oo loculare. Fructus 3-oo-pyrenus, pyrenis l-spermis (B&H), ovary perfectly 3-[indeterminate]-locular. Fruit 3-[indeterminate]-pyrenous, with the pyrenes one-seeded.

- Eucamptodon, Ab ‘eu’ perfecte, kamptos, incurvus et odous, dens, ob dentes peristomii madefactos perfecte incurvos nomen ductum (mosses; Mueller), the name derived from ‘eu’ completely, kamptos, incurved and odous, tooth, because the teeth of the peristome, when wetted, are completely incurved.

- Astomum foliis theca perfecte globosa longioribus distinctum (Mueller), an Astomum distinct by the leaves longer than the perfectly globose theca.

- theca longipedunculata ovalis cernua perfecte strumosa (Mueller), theca with a long peduncle (seta), oval, cernuous perfectly strumose.

- ovarium saepius perfecte v. imperfecte biloculare (B&H), the ovary more often perfectly or incompletely bilocular.

- semina obovoidea, leviter incurva, perfecte matura nobis desunt (B&H), seeds obovoid, lightly incurved, completely mature one not present to us.

- ovarium imperfecte v. subperfecte 2- rarius 3-5-loculare (B&H), the ovary incompletely or nearly completely 2- more rarely 3-5-locular.

- stylus flexuosus glaber infra extremitatem subito perfecte refractus, (F. Mueller), style flexuose, smooth [i.e. hairless] below the end suddenly completely sharply bent back.

- Grevilleae capillari imperfecte cognitae sane adfinis, quoad flores G. mïmosoidi (F. Mueller), doubtless related to Grevillea capillare, imperfectly understood, as to the flowers, to G. mimosoides.
