odorus,-a,-um (adj.A); compar. odorior,-ius (adj.B); superl. odorissimus,-a,-um (adj.A): emitting an odor or scent, odorous; having a smell, esp. sweet-smelling, fragrant; also strong-smelling, pungent; see ‘smelling, emitting a smell;’

- corollae 5-6-unciaIes, clavato-infundibuliformes, pentagonae, albae, in angulis interdum carneis, odorae (Swartz), the corollas 5-56-inches, clavate-funnel-shaped, pentagonal, white, in the angles sometimes flesh-colored [i.e. a kind of pink], fragrant.

- flores pedunculati, congesti, spari in ramis infra folia, albi, odori, nutantes (Swartz), the flowers pedunculated, congested, scattered on the branches below the leaves, white, fragrant, nodding.

inodorus,-a,-um (adj.A): lacking odor, inodorous;

- flores inodori, the flowers lacking an odor.
