- nullibi non crescens, nowhere is it not growing.

- margine revoluto nusquam limitata, with the margin revolute nowhere bordered.

- E Riccardia multifida differt: fronde rigidiore, latiore, nullibi pellucida (Lindberg), from Riccardia multifida it differs by the frond more rigid, wider, nowhere transparent.

- species ad 240, regionibus tropicis totius orbis obviae, rarius in temperatis calidioribus Indiae et Africae australis repertae, in frigidioribus nullibi inventae (B&H), species to 240, encountered in global [i.e. the whole world] tropical regions, more rarely found in the temperate, warmer [sc. regions] of India and southern Africa, nowhere found in the colder ones.

- [fungi] vulgatus nobis est fungus, in lignis truncisque praesertim pineis nullibi non crescens (S&A), the fungus is common with us [i.e. in our region], nowhere not growing on [sc. different] woods and trunks, especially of pine.

alibi (adv.): elsewhere, in another place; otherwise, in other respects.

ibi (adv.): (of space) there, on that spot, at, or in that place, therein; (of time) then, thereupon; there, on that occasion; in that matter, in that condition, in that case, i.e. ‘then.’
