A Grammatical Dictionary of Botanical Latin

 
meus (m.), mea (f.): the first person singular possessive pronominal adjective ‘my, mine; of or belonging to me;’ the word is used with adjective force and takes the gender of the associated noun or nouns irrespective of whether ‘you’ is a man or woman;
