Jamaica,-ae (s.f.I): largest of the Britich Islands in the West Indies. jamaicensis,-e (adj.B). Abbr.: jam.

- foliis ad petiolos leviter revolutis.Brown, jam. 121. 1. (Swartz), with the leaves lightly revolute to the petiole. Brown. jam. 121. 1.

- Vulgare in fruticetis montosis Jamaicae & Hispaniolae.(Swartz), common in the montane thickets of Jamaica and Hispaniola.
