Trabecula,-ae (s.f.I), abl.sg. trabecula, nom. pl. trabeculae, acc. pl. trabeculas, dat. & abl. pl. trabeculis [> L.‘a little beam or plank of wood,’ a rafter, a little piece of dressed wood or lumber, dim.
