Directions to Missouri Botanical Garden
How to get to the Garden by bus and metro
Once you have arrived to the airport, buy a ticket (with transfer) for the metro. That will cost you approximately 5 dollars.
Here is information about the metro line:
The airport is the final stop of the metro line, therefore any train you get into from the airport will bring you south and eastwards (where the Garden is located).
Get off the metro in the Central West End station (see map below):
From the metro station, you go up the stairs to Euclid Street. Cross the street and take either one of the two busses: the Union-Garden, line 13 (which will take you to the main gate of the Missouri Botanical Garden Ridgway Center) or the “Kingshighway”, line 95, which will leave you on South Kingshighway Boulevard and Shaw, at about two blocks from the Monsanto Center (Vandeventer and Shaw).
Here are Bi-State’s timetables and maps for these two bus lines:
The star in the map below shows you the location of the Monsanto Center:
Have a good trip and welcome to the Missouri Botanical Garden!
