Caprifoliaceae

Lonicera nummulariifolia Jaub. et Spach - Honeysuckle

Central Asian mountains, Asia Minor, Iran and Afghanistan. On slopes, in rocky places.

Tall shrub 3 m. Leaves elliptic or rounded, rarely obovate, 2-3 cm x 1.5-2.0 cm wide, grey-velvety on both sides. Flowers in pairs, yellow. Fruits globose, yellow. Very ornamental. Z 5. New.

Lonicera stenantha Pojark. - Honeysuckle

Central Asia mountains, Altay, northern Iran, Afghanistan, northern China and India. On hills, in rocky places.

Dense spreading shrub 1.5-2.5 m. Leaves lanceolate, leathery. Flowers yellowish white. Very ornamental. Pollution resistant. Z 5 (4). New.
