Transcaucasus: Georgia (Abkhazia, Racha-Lechkhumi, Samegrelo, Guria, Adjara, Shiga Kartli, Kartli, Kakheti, Trialeti). Endangered.

Quercus dshorochensis C. Koch
dry slopes of middle and upper forest belt, 800-2400 m
Transcaucasus: Georgia (Svaneti, Racha-Lechkumi, Shiga Kartli, Mtiuleti, Tush-Pshav-Khevsureti, Kakheti, Trialeti, Meskheti). Rare.

clay, half-bog soil; lower and middle mountain belt
Transcaucasus: Georgia (Abkhazia, Samegrelo, Imereti, Guria, Adjara, Kakheti).  Endangered.

forests of lower and middle mountain belt, 400-1000 (!500) m
Transcaucasus: Georgia. Rare.

Q. imeretina Stev. ex Woronow
river terrace, moist places, bog soil; lower mountain belt, 300-400 m
Transcaucasus: Georgia (Abkhazia, Racha-Lechkumi, Imereti, Guria).  Endemic to Gerogia.

Q. macranthera Fisch. & C.A.Mey ex Hohen.
dry slopes; middle and upper forest belt, 800-2400 m
Transcaucasus: Georgia (Svaneti, Racha-Lechkhumi, Shiga Kartli, Kartli, Mtiuleti, Tush-Pshav-Khevsureti, Kakheti, Trialeti, Meskheti).  Vulnerable.

river banks, gullys, river terraces; 1000-1100 m
Transcaucasus: Georgia (Shiga kartli, Kartli, Kakheti, Gardabani, Kvemo Kartli). Vulnerable.

Q. pontica C. Koch.
moist, calcareous rocks, clay soil, mainly South slopes; 800-1200 m
Transcaucasus: Georgia (Abkhazia, Svaneti, Samegrelo, Guria, Adjara).  Endangered.

Northern Caucasus (Dagestan); Transcaucasus: Georgia (Kartli, Meskheti).  Endemic to the Caucasus.

by melting snow patches; alpine belt
