Learn to identify some of the common seasonal wild edibles found in Missouri. This class includes safety tips for foraging plants, identification keys, a hike to let you practice identifying wild edibles in their environment, and the opportunity to sample a variety of raw and prepared wild foods. Designed for adults only.

Please wear walking shoes and dress for the weather. Part/all of this class takes place outside. You are welcome to bring a sack lunch to enjoy after class. We recommend bringing a hat, sun protection, bug spray, and refillable water bottle.
