Have you ever taken the time to really taste chocolate and think about why you love it? Join fellow chocophile Kim Petzing to take your chocolate obsession to the next level. You will gain insights on how chocolate is made, the health benefits, common terminology, sustainability in the chocolate world, and pairing chocolate. Of course, you will also sample a variety of chocolate to support the discussion.You will walk away with a deeper understanding and appreciation of that food you crave, and possibly even discover a new favorite. You get to eat your homework with plenty of samples to take home! Designed for adults only.
