SPECIMEN INFO:   Tree 20 m tall. Leaves just beginning to expand, glossy 
                   medium green above, pink tinted below. Inflorescences 
                   axillary ramiflorous; pendulous. The axes green, bracts 
                   and pedicel pink-red; sepals pink translucent with 
                   darker pink venation. Filaments white; anthers yellow.
