All events are rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Tickets are delivered to buyers either through a "Print at Home" option or a will-call option. Some e-mail systems spam or bulk mail controls may prevent the delivery of your tickets. If you select the "Print at Home" option, please insure that your e-mail will accept mail from visitorservices@mobot.org.
Garden Members
Garden Members will need to enter their membership number to access the reduced price tickets. Membership numbers are printed under the barcode on membership cards.

Inclement Weather Policy
Event tickets are nonrefundable and valid rain or shine. Individual activities may be cancelled due to inclement weather or ground saturation. As conditions are constantly in flux, we are unable to foresee cancellations or future changes to the event schedule.
During certain special events, weather information will be posted on our home page as well as our Twitter feed at www.twitter.com/mobotnews. You may also visit the ticket counter for on-site updates throughout the day. |
