Dolomite pavements with stoney
and thin soils support a
characteristic flora including these two Stonecrop species growing in moss
mats composed here of Syntrichia ruralis and Ceratodon purpureus: the smaller
Stonecrop is Sedum acre, the larger one toward the right center Sedum
sarmentosum.
