Bartsia pedicularioides  (Kunth) Benth.;  Scrophulariaceae u Orobanchaceae

Hierbas de hasta 30 cm de alto, recubiertas de pelos blancos; los tallos son rojizos. Las hojas son opuestas, miden hasta 1,5 cm de largo, con tintes de color rosado; los bordes son crenados, enrollados hacia abajo y a veces teñidos de morado. Las flores son tubulares y miden hasta 8 mm de largo, son de color rosado con blanco o violeta.

Distribución: S Colombia y Ecuador. En el PNC es una especie común que se encuentra en varios ambientes.

Herbs up to 30 cm tall, covered with white hairs; the stems are reddish. The leaves are opposite, up to 1.5 cm long, tinged with pink; the crenate margins are curled downwards and sometimes tinged with purple. The flowers are tubular, up to 8 mm long, pink with white or violet.

Distribution: S Colombia and Ecuador. In CNP it is a common species found in various environments.
