A gift to honor and remember others

throughout the year. A personal acknowledgment is sent to the family
or individual being honored, without reference to the size of the gift,
and your tribute is listed in the Garden's Bulletin. Perfect
for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and engagements, graduations,
Mother's Day and Father's Day ... or as an expression of sympathy.
You may give a Tribute using our online
form
If you have questions regarding the Tribute & Memorial Gift Program or would like to request a tribute envelope please call (314) 577-5118.

Brick Program
Own a piece of the Garden!
The Member’s Entry Court at the William T. Kemper Center for Home Gardening is a place that speaks to all who walk there. These are not silent bricks, for 2,300 names are written in clay and bronze. Family members, friends, and colleagues...all are given an extraordinary expression of love and respect.
As a donor, you'll find that your visits to the Garden are now more personal than ever. Standing in the Member’s Entry Court and reading a name you've placed there brings an added dimension to the beauty of the Garden.
Bricks are donated for all the occasions that fill our lives—birthdays, graduations, marriages, holidays, unique accomplishments, retirements, and final tributes.
Please consider donating a brick. Your gift helps keep the Garden's work alive and growing as it builds a tradition for your family captured in a clay or bronze.
Engraved clay bricks are:
$500 for members $550 for nonmembers
Signature bronze bricks are:
$1,000 for members $1,100 for nonmembers
Order today by using our online order form, or print and mail our printed order form (Adobe Acrobat Reader required).

Planned Giving Opportunities
Leave a legacy to the Garden through charitable gift and estate planning
The Missouri Botanical Garden was established through a planned gift. Henry Shaw's will made a gift to the future, a gift to perpetuate the things he loved so dearly and make them available to the public. "...a botanical garden easily accessible, which should be forever kept up and maintained..."
Planned giving may be simply defined as a technique of including charitable giving in your total financial plan. Many of the Garden's friends have chosen planned giving as a way to perpetuate their loyal support of the Garden beyond their lifetimes, while realizing benefits for themselves today.
The Missouri Botanical Garden is grateful for all types of gifts and welcomes the opportunity to work with you and your personal advisors to determine if one or more planned giving arrangements are appropriate for you. Recognizing the highly private nature of such planning,
all inquiries and communications are held in strictest confidence and are without obligation.
