Rangy, arching-branched treelet ca.
3.5 m tall, cultivated in yard near
house. Foliage heavily suffused and
streaked with reddish. Infl. axes and
bracts magenta-maroon. Perianth pale
pink. Anthers bright yellow. Fls. with
no appreciable odor (11:30 AM).
