Moringa pygmaea Verdcourt

Moringa pygmaea is only known from 2 specimens from northern Somalia. The type specimen was collected near Qardho, Somalia, in 1980.

It seems to be a delicate tuberous shrub or herb with very tiny leaflets on its tripinnate leaves. Its flowers are reported to be yellow.

Recent searches at the type locality failed to locate it.
