WEATHER
Is the Town Hall enclosed?
The Town Hall is an outdoor space; although it is roofed it is partially open to the outside.

Is there a rain back-up plan for the party?
The Children’s Garden closes only in the case of lightning and severe weather. Your party will go on rain or shine. Your rental fee will be refunded only if the Children’s Garden closes because of severe weather.

How can I find out if the Children’s Garden has been closed due to severe weather?
If there is a chance that the Children’s Garden may be closed due to severe weather, please call *(314) 577-5101* for more information.

GETTING HERE
Where should I meet my guests?
You are encouraged to meet your guests outside the Garden’s Ridgway Center entrance and enter together.

When should I come?
It is recommended that you and your guests arrive at Ridgway Center at least 30 minutes before the party to allow plenty of time to walk to the Children’s Garden.

How do I get to the Children’s Garden?
The Children’s Garden is located just west of the Climatron® conservatory. Take the right path upon entering the Botanical Garden, and look to your right after passing the Climatron®. Maps are available at the Ridgway Ticket Counter and online.

Is there transportation available to take us to the Children’s Garden?
The Garden is not able to provide transportation from the Garden’s main entrance to the Children’s Garden. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Ridgway Ticket Counter free of charge when you leave an ID or driver’s license, subject to availability.

WHAT TO BRING
Do you provide candles and matches?
The Garden is a National Historic Landmark. There is no smoking on the grounds and matches, candles, and fire are prohibited.

May I bring additional children and adults to the party?
The Town Hall includes party seating for 24 children at capacity. Five adults are included with the price of the party. General Garden and Children’s Garden admission rates apply for additional guests.
