Renowned scholar Nurhan Atasoy has published more than 100 works on topics of Islamic and Turkish art. In this lecture, she will discuss the structure, elaborate embroideries and uses of Ottoman Imperial Tents held in the collections of the Istanbul Military Museum and the Topkapi Museum.
