Admission:
Glass in the Garden: Chihuly at the Missouri Botanical
Garden is $8 Friday through Sunday ($6 Monday through
Thursday) in addition to regular Garden admission. Children
12 and under are $3.
Glass in the Garden brings the work of renowned
artist Dale Chihuly to
St. Louis in a custom-designed exhibition dramatically
installed within the natural landscapes of one of St.
Louis’s most historic and popular cultural attractions,
the Missouri Botanical Garden. Walk through the lush,
warm Climatron conservatory rain forest and discover breathtaking
views of colorful sculptures at every turn amid the tropical
cycads, orchids, banyan, and palms. Groupings of brightly
colored, bold shapes will float upon the central axis
reflecting pools and nestle in flower gardens.
Chihuly Nights –
Every Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m.
Dramatically lit views of the exhibit in the glow of evening.
Live glass-blowing demonstrations by Third Degree Glass
Factory. Admission to Chihuly Nights is $15.
Tips for the Best Experience
• Exhibit tickets and Garden admission will be available
for purchase at www.mobot.org.
• To avoid the crowds, visit in the morning and
choose a Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
• Dress for the weather. Tickets are good rain or
shine. No refunds or exchanges.
• Allow one hour prior to your ticket time to park
and be admitted.
Note: no tripods or monopods will be allowed during the
Chihuly exhibit.
