Have you ever wanted to participate in caring for this wonderful garden? Be a part of the Soule Scent-sational Senior Group! Join us as we partake in a twice-monthly, hands-on, educational program in the Zimmerman Scented Garden. Experience the Garden like you never have before!

Within the Scented Garden, you will aid in the planting of beautiful annuals and herbs and regular maintenance of the garden. You will learn about the plants, how to care for them, their sensory aspects, and their wide variety of uses. Using this knowledge, the group will have the opportunity to lead visitors around this special garden and educate them on all it has to offer. All About Orchids
Join us as we discover the intriguing world of orchids. In this hands-on class we will discuss history and lore, care and culture and repotting your orchids. Pot up your very own orchid to take home.
Class fee includes a visit to the Orchid Show.

The History of Tea
Join us as we discuss the fascinating history, botany, and many uses of tea. Treat yourself to a sampling of a variety of teas and friendly conversation!

Serenity Herb Garden
Gardeners can benefit from cultivation, too! Many herbs’ benefits do not stop at the gardens edge. Join us as we explore serenity herbs chamomile, lemon balm, catnip and lavender, just to name a few. Create a serenity tea and massage oil.

Spring Floral Arranging
Fresh flowers always brighten ones home! Join us as we create a unique spring floral arrangement. Learn about basic tools and techniques of flower arranging.

Woodland Garden Walk
Walk with us along the shady winding pathways as we explore the ever-changing horticultural beauties a Woodland Garden has to offer. Receive an extensive plant list of plants to use in all kinds of shady locations.

How to Throw a Garden Party
A ladies spa day, nature literature and poetry, Victorian and heirloom are just a few possible themes one can use to create a unique memorable garden party for friends and family. Join us for tips, tricks, treats and a fun afternoon.

Join us as we tour the whimsical color-filled sculptures of Niki. Learn about some clever ways to add mosaics to your life and create one of your own.
