Strollerobics logoStrollerobics

A fun, low-impact workout for all fitness levels, Strollerobics is an eight-week course for parents and their children in strollers. Participants push strollers along a mostly flat path around the Garden grounds, stopping to do lunges, squats, sit-ups, jumping jacks, and cardio exercises. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a towel or thin mat for ground exercises and an exercise tube to enhance the workout. The exercise path highlights the Garden areas of most interest to young children.

Classes begin the week of March 24th and are offered each weekday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or Tuesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. The Monday and Thursday sessions are advanced classes, geared towards participants that exercise three or more times per week.

Eight-class session: $50 members / $55 non-members

Advance registration is required, and class size is limited to 16 adult participants each, so register today. Download a mail-in registration form. If you need assistance in choosing a class level that is right for you, please feel free to call Jen at (314) 960-9540.
