The fragrant flowers of the Bottlebrush buckeyes along the path to
the Mausoleum Garden are very showy.

Roses in both the Gladney and Lehmann Rose Gardens are at the peak
of seasonal bloom.

Daylilies are near peak bloom in the Jenkins Daylily Garden.

Oakleaf hydrangeas are in full bloom throughout the grounds.

Black snakeroot, astilbes, lilies and many hostas in the English
Woodland Garden are very showy.

Butterfly weed, Coreopsis, Phlox, Penstemon and Pale purple
coneflowers are very showy in the Lopata Prairie
Garden at the Center for Home Gardening.

Iris in Seiwa-en, the Japanese Garden, are past peak bloom but some
are still nice.

Many plants are now flowering in the Heckman Rock garden, but the
Yarrows, Rose campions, and Evening primroses are particularly
noteworthy.

In the Linnean House, Impatiens are in full bloom and the foliage of
the Rex begonias is very showy.

Visitors to the Shoenberg Temperate House are treated to the perfume of
Gardenias (Gardenia augusta and Gardenia cornuta) and the cool splash
of water and color in the tiled Moorish garden.

Hostas and Astilbes are showy in the Hosta Walk.

The new Kresko Victorian Garden near the Maze is very showy.

Hardy aquatics in the pool at the base of the Knolls are showy.
