Hybrid tea, Floribunda, and Grandiflora roses are at peak bloom. Old Garden roses in the Lehmann Rose Garden and Climbing roses in the Gladney Rose Garden are past peak bloom, but many are still nice.
Japanese Iris are at peak bloom in Seiwa-en, the Japanese Garden.
Oakleaf hydrangeas are in full bloom throughout the grounds.
Forget-Me-Nots by the Three Graces statue in the English Woodland Garden are very showy.
Many plants are now flowering in the Heckman Rock garden, but the Yarrows, Rose campions, and Evening primroses are particularly noteworthy.
The delightful scent of Star jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides) wafts throughout the Linnean House. Impatiens are in full bloom and the foliage of the Rex begonias is very showy.
