The collections were treated by R.E.Trautvetter and incorporated in his collection. The labels are written by hand in Latin or German, on most of them there are the stamps: "Herbarium Trautvetter".
On some labels there are names of localitieswritten in Russian by hand of V.L.Komarov.
On the base of materials of the expeditions of 1843 and 1844, the work was published:
