EARTHWAYS: LIVING THE GREEN LIFE

Explore the wonders of the natural world and learn ways to protect its future with the EarthWays: Living the Green Life interactive exhibit, on display at the Missouri Botanical Garden.

FUN FOR ALL AGES
Special addition for the holidays! Learn about products, ideas, and technology that will help you and your family grow greener this season. Hands-on activities available 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. everyday.

  • Discover tips for an eco-friendly holiday, with simple crafts, decor and gift-giving inspirations.
  • Snap a holiday memory in one of our Festively Green Family Photo Scenes.
  • Connect with other garden visitors at the “Growing Greener” display.
  • Explore where your food comes from and how far some foods travel.
  • Watch animated characters named Air, Dirt, Sun, Tree, and Water provide commentary on conservation and sustainable living.

Displays showcasing environmentally-friendly products for the home are also showcased in this exhibit. You can learn how to compost, make their homes more energy efficient, recycle rain water, and much more!

ADMISSION AND LOCATION
The exhibit is included with Garden admission and is housed in the Brookings Interpretive Center, located behind the world-renowned Climatron.®
